In an effort to reduce call wait time, we ask that callers wishing to check if their stimulus has been deposited, log into online banking, sign up for text balance or set banking alerts so that you receive notification when your check is deposited. Please note that members service agents will be unable to provide any additional information about your stimulus payment status
This is the quick way to check recent transactions on your account or make deposits. Or use the app to transfer funds to save your stimulus payment to your savings account.
