Accessing and Logging Into Your Account

MOBILE: The new app name is MCCU Houston TX.

  • Apple Users: If you have not uninstalled the old app (red icon) , you will only need to update the app to get the new app (white icon) . If you have uninstalled the old app (red icon) , you will need to install the new app (white icon) app.
  • Android Users: Uninstall the current Members Choice Credit Union App (red icon). Install the new Members Choice Credit Union App (white icon) from your app store.

For mobile banking your device must be an Android Version 5 or higher or Apple Version 4 or higher. Whether logging in via the new Online or Mobile platform for the first time, you will be prompted to create security questions.

The enhanced online and mobile delivery channels will present a consolidated system for One Digital Experience across all devices.
