We are aware of reports of unauthorized Walmart.com transactions affecting some member accounts and are actively monitoring the situation.

At this time, there is no need to contact us regarding pending WalMart.com transactions. Please continue using your current debit card as normal.

If you see a WalMart.com transaction that has posted to your account and you did not authorize it, please contact us or visit a branch for assistance. A team member will review the transaction with you and discuss next steps.

Ways to manage your card in online banking, anytime

Under the "Accounts" menu you can go to "Manage My Cards"  to find the controls to temporarily block or unblock your card, or to setup card transaction alerts. Debit card activity alerts notify you of transactions made with your debit card, helping you monitor for fraud and manage your spending. These alerts can be customized to notify you of specific types of transactions, such as those above a certain dollar amount, etc. By receiving these alerts, you can quickly identify and address any unauthorized or suspicious activity on your account.
