Effective November 24, 2025, all members actively using Business Bill Pay were temporarily migrated to the Consumer Bill Pay platform. This change will remain in effect until the launch of our new Business Bill Pay platform in early 2026.
As we await the launch of our new platform, we are no longer accepting NEW enrollees in Business Bill Pay. If interested, please complete this online form and a member of our Digital Operations team will be in contact to assist you.
For MEMBERS CURRENTLY ENROLLED In and Actively Using Business Bill Pay
- Effective November 24, 2025, your business bill pay was temporarily migrated to our Consumer Bill Pay platform.
- Payments: All scheduled and recurring payments will continue as usual. No action is needed for existing payments.
- Look for "Transfer & Pay - Bill Pay" In Online Banking
- Look for "Move Money - Bill Pay" in Mobile Banking

Authorized User Function: The ability to grant access to other users will be temporarily unavailable during this interim period. If you have previously granted access, please update your profile and manage payments directly to ensure uninterrupted service.
- We plan to restore the authorized user feature as part of the new Business Bill Pay solution in 2026.

During the transition, Consumer Bill Pay will be available at no monthly cost for standard usage.
