We recently upgraded our phones to include a new callback feature. If you call us with questions about your account, debit or credit cards and all of our member advocates are on the phone helping other members, the phone system will let you know where you are in the queue and you’ll have the option to get a call back from the next available team member.
Here’s how it works – after you hear the prompt letting you know your caller number, you can press “1” to get a call back, or continue to hold on the line. It’s that simple, and you only have to stay on hold if you choose to.You can also send an email to Member Services anytime at email@example.com. If you wish to discuss account sensitive information please send us a message through Online Banking.
