Save your place in line or leave us a message!
Our phones include a callback feature and the ability to leave us a voicemail. If you call us with questions about your account, debit or credit cards and all of our member advocates are on the phone helping other members, the phone system will let you know where you are in the queue and you’ll have the option to leave a voicemail for a call back, or to to save your place in line for the next available team member.
Here’s how it works – after you hear the prompt letting you know your caller number,
- you can press "1" to hold your place in line and get a call back when it's your turn,
- or press "2" to leave a voicemail for call back within the same business day,
- or continue to hold on the line - you only have to stay on hold if you choose to.
