FAQs about Unimproved Land Loans
Members Choice will finance up to a maximum of 200 acres. Maximum loan amount is also $500,000.
Members Choice does not have building requirements associated with our land loans, other than those defined by the subdivision or property owners association where your land is located.
Your down payment will be dependent on a variety of factors, but a good rule of thumb is somewhere around 20 percent of the total loan amount.

1Land Loans: Unimproved Residential Land Loans are available on unimproved and rural residential properties located in Texas. Farm & ranch or any income-producing properties are not allowed. Our maximum loan-to-value is 80% with a 45% maximum DTI. Minimum 680 credit score required. No history of bankruptcy or foreclosures. Full appraisals and title policies are required. $50,000 minimum loan amount. $500,000 maximum loan amount. Rates shown are based on a $150,000 loan amount with an 80% LTV and a 740 FICO credit score.
