FAQs about Unimproved Land Loans
Members Choice will finance up to a maximum of 400 acres. Maximum loan amount is also $500,000.
Members Choice does not have building requirements associated with our land loans, other than those defined by the subdivision or property owners association where your land is located.
Your down payment will be dependent on a variety of factors, but a good rule of thumb is somewhere around 10 to 20 percent of the total loan amount.

APR = Annual Percentage Rate.
Land loans are available on unimproved and rural residential properties located in Texas. Agricultural and farm & ranch loans are not allowed. Our maximum loan-to-value is 90% with a 45% maximum DTI and a minimum 680 FICO. No history of bankruptcy or foreclosures. Full appraisals and title policies are required.
If not currently a Members Choice member, a $5 deposit is needed to establish membership. All memberships and credit products are subject to approval including credit approval.
