Enrollment Notice for Members Choice Credit Union Mobile Payment System
The terms and conditions of your applicable Members Choice Credit Union Account agreement(s) govern all transactions made through a third-party Mobile Payment System (e.g.: Apple Pay® or Google Wallet®) accessing your Members Choice Credit Union Account(s).
Any Members Choice Credit Union Account information entered into a Payment System is provided by you, and you are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of your Account information. You should only enter Members Choice Credit Union Account information if you are the Account’s primary or additional cardholder, and your name is embossed on the applicable Members Choice Credit Union Debit/Credit Card.
You are responsible for keeping your Payment System login and credentials private and secure. After enrolling in a Payment System, you will secure your mobile device with the same care you would your Members Choice Credit Union Debit/Credit Card(s) in order to avoid unauthorized use of your Members Choice Credit Union Account(s). You understand that enabling a Payment System to use your mobile device to make purchases and other transactions using your Members Choice Credit Union Account(s), your mobile device in certain instances will act as if it were your Members Choice Credit Union Debit/Credit Card(s).
Mobile applications that enable Payment Systems to make purchases have unique terms and conditions governing those applications, which you agree to comply with. However, if a mobile application’s terms and conditions conflict with your applicable Members Choice Credit Union Account agreement(s), the Members Choice Credit Union Account agreement will govern the transactions posted to your Account.
By enrolling in the Mobile Payment System, you agree to receive these terms electronically and acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms. If you do not agree to provide this consent or otherwise do not want to use the Mobile Payment System, please do not proceed with enrollment.
If additional verification is required to add your card to this digital wallet, we may need to ask for additional verification using text message or email. If you choose text messages as your verification method, you consent to receive text messages at the mobile phone number you have on file with us for this card.
