Consent and Participation

Opt-Out and Revocation of Consent

You can opt out by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. You may also submit an opt-out request through any reasonable means that clearly communicates you no longer wish to receive text messages, including by phone, through a website or form we provide, by email, through a secure message, or in person at a branch.
We honor consent revocation and do-not-call requests as soon as practicable and no later than ten business days from receipt. After you opt out, we may send a one-time confirmation message, which will not include marketing content.
If you later wish to re-enroll, you may follow the opt-in instructions provided by the credit union or reply START where applicable.
Sharing of SMS Information
Members Choice Credit Union does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or consent status with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
