SavvyMoney pulls your credit profiles from TransUnion, and uses VantageScore 3.0, a credit scoring model developed collaboratively by the 3 major credit bureaus — Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. SavvyMoney is an educational tool and your score may differ from the hard pull we are required to do for loan decisioning.
With this program, you always know where you stand with your credit and how MCCU can help save you money. The program also monitors your credit report daily and informs you by email if there are any big changes detected such as a new account being opened, a change in address or employment, a delinquency reported, or an inquiry made. Monitoring helps you keep an eye out for identity theft as well.
